Camco has developed a comprehensive safety program the purpose
of which is to eliminate the hazards inherent in its construction
projects. For those hazards which cannot be totally eliminated,
Camco takes proactive steps through pre-planning and education
to protect its workers, subcontractors, clients, and the
general public.
Camco involves all its employees in this process. The safety
program tracks trends, recommends training, analyzes hazards,
recommends safety equipment, reviews employee safety suggestions
and other functions as they arise.
Camco communicates with all its employees regarding safety
through weekly toolbox talks and by involving workers in
jobsite safety inspections. Camco prides itself in being
an innovator in the field of safety. Camco’s goal
is to continue to enhance this proactive tradition in its
effort to make Camco the safest contractor it can be and
by creating an atmosphere where all employees are involved
in making safety their highest priority.
